Return & Refund Policy

Our goal at AME is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return the product subject to the terms below.

1. Return Eligibility You can return your order within 10 business days of the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in an unused, unwashed, and unaltered condition.

  • It must be returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • The original sales invoice must be included with the return.

2. Return Process To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us (Optional but Recommended): You can inform us of your return by emailing us at amewomenofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Package Your Item: Please ensure that the returned merchandise is securely packaged to avoid damage to goods in transit. If the product is found damaged upon receipt, it will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

  3. Ship the Product: You must use the services of a trusted courier agency of your choice to return the product to our address below. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipment.

3. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

4. Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend you return the original item for a full refund and place a new order for the desired product.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at amewomenofficial@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange for a resolution.
