Thank you for shopping with AME! This policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipping of your order.

1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

2. Domestic Orders (Within India)

  • Shipping Cost: We do not levy any delivery charges or fees on orders delivered within the Republic of India. Shipping is FREE.

  • Delivery Time: The standard delivery time for orders within India is 6-10 business days after the order has been dispatched.

  • Serviceable Areas: While we service many pin codes in India via our 3rd party delivery partners, there may be certain pin codes that are out of our service area. We will notify you if your pin code is unserviceable.

3. International Orders

  • Shipping Cost: Shipping charges are applicable on all international orders. Shipping and handling rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used, and the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.

  • Delivery Time: The standard delivery time for international orders is 10-14 business days after the order has been dispatched.

  • Serviceable Areas: While we service worldwide, there may be countries or regions that are under restrictions or political sanctions where we cannot deliver.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: AME is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
